At ECIAL Global, we believe that every child has the potential to become a leader and make a positive impact in their community. Our maiden project, "Hope for a Good Future: Every Child Is A Leader", aimed to empower grassroot students to see themselves as key players in societal building. Led by our Founder and Executive Director, Emmanuella Chisom Ononenyi, and a team of dedicated volunteers, we reached out to students at Community Primary School, Amansea, Awka - Anambra State, Nigeria. Through engaging debates and mentorship sessions, we encouraged the students to think critically about their role in society and to strive for excellence.
To inspire the children to dream big and work towards their goals, we shared the story of Dolly Parton, the renowned singer of the iconic song "Coat of Many Colours". We told them how Dolly Parton's humble beginnings and determination to succeed helped her become one of the most celebrated Artistes in the world. The children were also treated to a rendition of the song, which served as a reminder that they, too, can overcome obstacles and achieve greatness.

I met Emmanuella at the Faculty of Law, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, sometime in 2023. In our interaction, it was evident and unequivocally cum undoubtedly manifest that Emmanuella is the best of her kind. She is both astounding and outstanding. In the course of time after she had graduated, she told me about her decision to establish an NGO to assist children and women. I wasn't surprised, because of the elective course she chose, as a then penultimate Law undergraduate, was Women and Minority Right. More so, her Whatsapp status was constantly having her passionate views on women and children. The first outreach was at Community Primary School, Amansea. It is important to emphasize that this school was chosen after careful investigation to prioritize the area with the greatest need. Her leadership qualities are made manifest in the way she effortlessly makes collaboration and coordination. In the maiden School outreach at Community Primary School, Amansea, she made a team of volunteers with her effective delegation, realistic expectation, understanding, responsiveness, proactiveness, and her shrewd and astute disposition, enabling the expression of the best of each and everyone of us in the team. It also extended to the driver and the school management involved in the School outreach. Undoubtedly, she has the leadership Midas touch! God by her side, this dream will continually flourish and blossom.
